Bruce Babcock

Bruce is a technical professional with 35 years of experience in the aerospace and manufacturing markets; first as a design engineer and ultimately as a senior manager responsible for all activities of engineering and production teams. He is skilled at implementing ‘lean’ principles across entire organizations from strategic planning to office/engineering processes to the shop floor. While his background is technical and process-based, he has a passion for making complicated things simple, believing that lasting improvement begins with good leadership that creates positive culture and values the contribution of all.

Bruce and his wife, Beth, have two daughters and live in the highlands just north of Boise, Idaho. He joined the REACT Services Board of Directors in 2015.
