José de Dios
Director
José got involved with the partnership and collaboration movement in 2001 through the work of the organization, Interdev. Since then he has assisted in developing partnership and partnering training initiatives in the Cooperación Misionera de Iberoamérica (COMIBAM), visionSynergy, and the International Partnering Associates (IPA). He has served in leadership positions at Wycliffe Global Alliance, Generosity Path, and IPA. In his capacity as a partnering consultant, José has participated and helped in numerous ministry networks around the world, such as WEA Mission Commission, Lausanne, the Network of Azerbaijani Partnership, Forum of Bible Agencies (Latin America), and the Refugee Highway Partnership (RHP). He also served on the Board of Directors of Wycliffe USA from 2010-2016, and is currently on the Advisory Board of Copa Vida Coffee and Tea Co. (based in Pasadena, CA).
José is now part of the senior leadership of Wycliffe USA, as Executive Vice President for People and Culture, overseeing the Human Resources department. He serves as the REACT Services Associate for Cultural Intelligence and joined the REACT Board of Directors in 2019. He and his wife, Laura, have four children, and now live in Orlando, Florida.
