Ruslan Maliuta
OneHope | Associate for Children, Youth and Global Networks
Ruslan Maliuta currently serves as Strategic Networks Liaison at OneHope, a global ministry that helps children engage with God’s story, supporting several networks, including the 4/14 Movement and the World Evangelical Alliance (WEA). He is a co-founder and formerly served as International Facilitator of the World Without Orphans movement. His passion is to advocate for children and families, through catalyzing and supporting collaborative initiatives. He is actively pursuing increasing unity among Christian movements to address complex problems through systems change. He also serves as a consultant to WEA assisting their Road Map strategy.
Ruslan has over 20 years of experience in full-time ministry, focusing on children at risk, working with churches, NGOs, government, and networks. He was the candidate from Ukraine to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child and a recipient of a medal from the President of Ukraine. Since 2013 Ruslan has been called to global ministry through traveling, speaking, and working with leaders in more than 40 countries. He holds a B.A. degree from Kyiv Bible Institute. Ruslan and his wife Anya are the happy parents of five sons and live in Kyiv, Ukraine.
